Gem Trek is the only publishing company that specializes in detailed driving and trail maps of the Canadian Rockies. Our driving maps are very popular, especially our Banff and Jasper Explorer's Map containing 32 points of interest listed between these two mountain towns.

Our trail maps cover Banff, Jasper, Lake Louise-Yoho, Kootenay, Kananaskis Country, Canmore and Bragg Creek. These topographic maps are easy to read because of 3D imagery and lots of contour lines. Most of these maps are waterproof and have a guide on the back that directs users to our choice of hiking and biking trails, plus Parks Canada contact numbers and backcountry booking information.

We also publish three destination guides to Banff, Jasper and the Columbia Icefield. Each one features a relief-shaded map on the front and descriptions of recommended sights, museums, scenic drives, and the best hikes in the area on the back.
